This course is written at Level 7 which is equivalent to post-graduate study. However, if students want to use it for credits towards university courses, each individual University will make a decision whether to accept it for credit or not. .It is a highly academic course which is why it is labelled at level 7.

More certifications will open the most doors when it comes to teaching English in the classroom or online in today's hyper-competitive TEFL world.
But what do such qualifications entail?
Do you still need a TEFL/TESOL certificate if you have a bachelor's degree in a related (or even unrelated) subject?
What if you have a master's degree under your belt?
Yes, most degree holders will require training in teaching English as a foreign language in order to qualify for teaching positions.
